Submission process
The submission process takes place on ConfTool.
Please contact us at soumissions@mcv2024.com if you need any further information.
The steps
- Create your profile on ConfTool
- Choose one of the 18 sessions classified in 4 thematics defined by the organising committee ("Topics" on Conftool)
- Choose the type of submission: "Oral presentation" or "Poster presentation" or both
The content of your submission
- Submission title
- Authors, presenting author, organisations
- A description of your abstract in French or English (maximum 1,000 words)
- A maximum of 5 keywords
Further information
Each abstract may have several authors from different organisations but only one presenting author.
It is possible to link your abstract to one or more alternative sessions (maximum 3 ). If the number of submissions for a session is important, we can use your alternative sessions to allocate your abstract to another session where contributions are lacking.
If you encounter technical problems when submitting an abstract, please contact the MCV 2024 organisers at soumissions@mcv2024.com
We plan to publish a selection of abstracts in a special edition of a journal. You may later be invited to send an extended abstract of 4-6 pages of your submission in pdf or word format (optional).
Evaluation process
Abstracts are evaluated based on the following criteria: relevance, innovation, R&D, quality, and compliance with the session's theme.
We encourage authors to illustrate the relevance of their work to the approaches, ideas and discourses around life cycle management. Depending on the number of contributions, we would like to point out that the organisers may assign submissions to an alternative session format in order to ensure a feasible conference programme.
You will receive an e-mail confirming whether or not your submission will be included in the MCV 2024 programme once all the abstracts have been evaluated.
