WELOOP

Founded in 2017, WeLOOP is an expertise and innovation office specialising in understanding, assessing, and improving environmental, social, and economic performance of organisations.

In a collaborative relationship, WeLOOP guide organisations in their circular economy and life cycle management projects, from strategy definition to implementation.

In an ever-changing world, WeLOOP supports actors who want to make decisions with a clear understanding of their impact.

SCORELCA is an association created in March 2012 to promote and organise collaboration between industrial, institutional and scientific actors in order to encourage positive, shared and recognised developments at European and international level in global environmental quantification methods, in particular life cycle assessment (LCA), and their practical application.

The aim is to advance the practice of LCA and disseminate its advances widely, in order to provide a more relevant, effective and operational response to the current and future needs of businesses.

ULiège

The University of Liège is the only public, pluralist and comprehensive university in French-speaking Belgium. With more than 27,000 students and PhD and 5,663 members of staff, ULiège balances teaching, research & innovation and commitment to serving society.

The work carried out within the Chemical Engineering Department covers both fundamental research and application-oriented developments. The PEPs (Products, Environment, and Processes) group is active in the fields of chemical (bio-) reaction engineering, unitary physical operations, process simulation, low-carbon energy systems and sustainable development. 

INRAE

INRAE (Institut national de recherche pour l'agriculture, l'alimentation et l'environnement) is a major actor in research and innovation created on January 2020. A research institute created by the merger of INRA and Irstea, INRAE brings together a community of 12,000 people, with just over 200 research units and around forty experimental units in 18 centres across France.

INRAE is one of the world's leading institutes in agricultural and food sciences, plant and animal sciences, and ranks 11th worldwide in ecology-environment. INRAE's ambition is to be a key player in the transitions needed to meet the world's major challenges.

GINGKO 21

Gingko 21 is a leading environmental consulting organisation for "Eco-innovation"​: rethink your product and service to increase their customer value, reduce their cost and improve their environmental impact.

With own methods and tool box developed and improved over 13 years, the team gathered around Hélène Teulon contributes to Circular Economy development by Eco-Innovation, LCA, Industrial Symbiosis and Training.

The International Reference Center for Life Cycle Assessment and Sustainable Transition (CIRAIG) is a research group and center of expertise on the development and implementation of life cycle and sustainability metrics. Through its cutting-edge research, expert services, and training program, the CIRAIG develops the knowledge and tools necessary for a transition to a sustainable society.

LIST

The Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) is a mission-driven Research and Technology Organisation (RTO) that develops competitive and market-oriented product/service prototypes for public and private stakeholders.

With its 600 employees, 75% of whom are researchers or innovation experts from all around the world, LIST is active in the fields of informatics, materials and environment and works across the entire innovation chain: fundamental/applied research, incubation and transfer of technologies
