Lille, the captivating capital of the Hauts-de-France region, is an enchanting, modern and cosmopolitan city just waiting to be discovered.

Its strategic location and deep-rooted history have transformed it into a thriving cultural, artistic, gastronomic and commercial centre. Affectionately known as the "Queen of the North", Lille is undeniably appealing.

The city is marked by different cultures, such as the Spanish and Flemish, hence its varied architecture. The city has several art museums, including the Palais des Beaux-Arts, La Piscine and LaM, as well as touring exhibitions and concert venues such as the Tri Postal, Gare Saint-Sauveur, Le Fresnoy and Villa Cavrois.

Wanted by Lille’s Science and Technology university and the Hauts de France Region, in partnership with the competiveness and excellence hubs, LILLIAD Learning Center Innovation has been open since September 2016.

LILLIAD Learning Center Innovation established a striking sign of campus openness and an access point to the university for everybody. It comes from a deep renovation / extension of the old central University Library and its surroundings.

As a meeting and knowledge circulation space, LILLIAD Learning Center Innovation is accessible to all members of the university community, as well as companies, visionaries, secondary schools and the general public.
